The quickest way to let us know about a glitch is by using the “Contact Us” form directly from the app:
If you want to share your pain with others, you can certainly post the glitches here as well.
Before reporting them, please:
- Make sure you have the latest browser version
- Refresh the browser
- Try Incognito / Private browser mode or a completely different browser as sometimes cached information or browser extensions can cause glitches.
If none of that helps, please include:
- A summary of the glitch you’re experiencing
- Steps to reproduce the glitch
- Screenshots or recording with the glitch
The more details you provide, the better!
