The quickest way to let us know about a glitch is by using the “Contact Us” form directly from the app:

If you want to share your pain with others, you can certainly post the glitches here as well.

Before reporting them, please:

  1. Make sure you have the latest browser version
  2. Refresh the browser
  3. Try Incognito / Private browser mode or a completely different browser as sometimes cached information or browser extensions can cause glitches.

If none of that helps, please include:

  1. A summary of the glitch you’re experiencing
  2. Steps to reproduce the glitch
  3. Screenshots or recording with the glitch
