Would like to have the possibility to change the text color on a connector (line). This is not possible today. Even if you change the connector color, the color of it’s text will remain gray.
I’ve added a +1 for you to our existing feature request for this, Didrik. 
For now, you could use the text element to create coloured text separately, if you need it!
