! I would like to ask if some of you are using some kind of OKR structure with whimiscal, that would help me a lot to get started.

@Vinicius_Cunha I might have something to share, but wanted to first ask if you’re looking for something that you can implement and use company-wide or are you thinking more about individual OKRs?
I’m really thinking about company wide, today we are only 22 people, it might me focused into management team, maybe 4 editors. But we would share the results and status with whole team. I also understand that it´s a little hard to implement OKR’S in full, some companies like ours would make it partially in the beggining.
