At the moment, document integration with the whiteboard is quite limited. I can integrate a document onto the board either by placing it as a ‘link’ or as a ‘document block’.
In the case of 'link’, I’m fully limited in checking the content without leaving the whiteboard.
In the case of the ‘document block’, I’m limited in changing the appearance of the block and visible content.
What I’d suggest:
- Introduce the ability to open document links’ content in the right sidebar.
- Provide the ability to change the size of the ‘document block’ and manage the amount of content visible on the whiteboard.
- Make it possible to create documents right inside the whiteboard without the need to leave the whiteboard
