What is the watch feature on cards exactly about?

Hello! I am fairly new to whimsical. Just playing around and discovering the ground.
In the presentation video description for sticky notes I only found you can choose to wether watch a card or not.
What is the benefit/impact etc to do so or not?

Hey and welcome @Galaxia_Tabseven! When you are watching a card, you’ll get an email notification if there are any comments created inside of it, so it basically allows you to subscribe to the card to receive email updates.
